Harry Potter fan fictions?

There will be no story if his parents didn't die on the hands of voldy, but the best fan fiction i read was before book 7 was released and it was really good, harry potter's parents had to die from the beginning, if not he could have been a normal boring child with nothing to do than just do some magic.
