Is the depletion of the Ozone layer contributing to the increase in ocean levels?

Ozone layer depletion is from CFCs, chemicals in hairspray and other such products. It is not from CO2 therefore it isn't increasing global temperature and it isn't melting the polar ice caps. The only thing this does it allow harmful UV light into the earth which in turn gives several conditions to us.
