Is there a chance of me going to an ivy league school?

One of my goals is to attend an ivy league school, but I don't know if its possible. I am a sopre in high-school, have a 4.0 GPA, and I am number ten in my cl. In Texas, if your in the top tenth percentile, which I am, you have automatic admission to any university/college in the state. I don't have any volunteer work, or extracurricular activities, the only thing I've done is a sport, cross country. Since I am only 15, I don't have a car which means I can can't join extracurricular activities or do volunteer work, but next year I will since I'm turning 16. I will take the PSAT in two weeks, which I have been studying vigorously for the past two months. As a sopre, I am taking the cl spanish 4 AP. I qualify for free lunch because my parents don't 'make' enough money, Someone once told me that if your parents don't make above 60,000$, and if you do well in school, you have a good chance of getting accepted to an Ivy league school. So, I guess my question is ,"Is there a chance of me going to an ivy league school?" I know that I used "I" way too much. Does anyone have any advice for me? I am also hispanic and my father ped away as a child, I think there are scholarships for having a widowed parent? I know I have poor grammar.
