Why do I always feel like I'm in a haze?

Why do people say that you cannot let meat thaw all the way out, then refreeze it again?

I do this with my chicken all the time. Because I pre-portion my meat for salads and sometimes when I get home from the store, I don't have time to portion it right away. I don't want to forget about it sitting in the fridge during a busy week, so I'll freeze it, then thaw it, portion it, and refreeze until I'm ready to use it. It helps with my diet that I'm on, and allows me to marinate several single servings of meat, then just pull it out to thaw in the morning and cook when I get home. Why is it dangerous exactly? I never get sick, and I had a butcher tell me it was ok to do with red meat, but I never asked about chicken or other meats.

I really like this guy Skyler & we've technically known each other for years. I guess you can call it that? Anyway, my mom & his dad are good friends. My mom was telling me about him & his dad I ume was doing the same since when we started talking on myspace a while ago he said I had been mentioned to him a couple times before. He had a huge crush on me even though we hadn't actually met in person before. He would text me all of the time but I wasn't interested so I just ignored it. So just recently we met for the very first time in person. We started texting & he was saying how he's liked me for a very long time & I'm so pretty blah blah blah... When we hung out he was being all flirty & cuddly & sweet holding my hand & playing w/ my hair & being cute & playful & such. Then the next day he wouldn't text me. So I texted him again & he said, "Hey, I'm with my girl friend. I realized what I did last night was wrong & I just want to be friends. I'm sorry." Now that I was actually interested in him, I was so upset! I will mention that I did know he had a girl friend but he told me it wasn't working out & he wanted to break up with her. I was stupid to believe him but I just couldn't help myself. He's just so darn cute! Later on my mom & his dad got together because, according to his dad, he had mentioned me & he just thought they should get together & catch up. My mom told me later that his dad had said that skyler had liked me forever but ever since skyler lost a bunch of weight & got cute, he turned into this huge player & that I would just be another buckle on his belt or however that saying goes. He said he told skyler to stay away from me because he's afraid skyler might hurt me. But I know skyler wouldn't listen to something like that.... So he did end up breaking up w/ his girl friend the very day his dad & my mom got together. I texted him & we had a very casual conversation. The next day my friends were telling me I should just ask him to prom since he wasn't going to ask me to a prom of the school he doesn't even go to. So the day goes on & he doesn't reply. My friend texted him & he texted back right away but would reply to me. I was so mad! A guy friend of mine later told me I should just text him again & ask what the answer is because I have other options. I rephrased. I texted him & said, "so is that a yes or no mr. Hot shot?" He texted back & blah blah blah he told me he was busy & that's why he didn't reply (total BS!) & that he didn't want to waste his money on prom where he doesn't even know anyone. So I just accepted it & didn't text back. Now he won't talk to me at all! I was on facebook & he had put up a new pic so it showed up on my page. I was bored so I decided to comment on it. Any new plant is likley to be a little wilty at first. Gardenias do like moisture and some shade - they resent full West or South sun exposures (afternoon full sun). If you have it in a dry bed or in full sun - move it to better quarters, otherwise, just baby it a little with some extra water and once the root system becomes more robust, it will stop wilting - my established Gardenia only has some yellowing when it needs an application of Iron supplement, otherwise it is a champion and quite drought tolerant.

She may simply be going through a faze of laziness. All dogs do at some point. This can be down to breed, age, size and care. She could be pregnant but I doubt it as then she would probably eat more and be quite aggressive. So long as the dog is eating an drinking to maintain it's health then it should be fine. But you should take it to the vets just incase

I got an aquarium for Christmas like 3 years ago now and I bought fish right after. I had six little guys in this huge tank. Over the next year they all died except for one. They had a disease (ick) and some survived, others died a bit later. It's been three years and I'm not a great fish keeper... this fish is still kicking it back alone in his giant tank. Why will every fish die except for him?

I will take the PSAT in two weeks, which I have been studying vigorously for the past two months. As a sopre, I am taking the cl spanish 4 AP. I qualify for free lunch because my parents don't 'make' enough money, Someone once told me that if your parents don't make above 60,000$, and if you do well in school, you have a good chance of getting accepted to an Ivy league school. So, I guess my question is ,"Is there a chance of me going to an ivy league school?" I know that I used "I" way too much. Does anyone have any advice for me? It is really difficult to tell what might be going on but from experience I know that dark urine usually indicates some problem with the kidneys. Either your kidneys aren't filtering wastes properly or you may have an infection there. Have you had any other symptoms, like pain in the lower back area or sharp twinges in your side or tummy (they could be mistaken for braxton-hicks btw)? Since you stated that you are drinking plenty of water, that blood test will hopefully show what is wrong so that you and your doctor can get to the bottom of this situation quickly. I know its kind of scary right now, but hang in there. I am sure that everything will work itself out hon. I had plenty of problems in my pregnancy and my son was born healthy. the hospital I gave birth at also supplied me with a certificate with the foot prints on it and date of birth and everything. I also brought the baby book that I wanted them to do while they already had the ink on her foot.

Could I make the girls' 7th grade basketball team?

I am in 7th grade, and I am 12 years old. I weigh 106 pounds, and I am 5'3". I make pretty good grades in school. I tried out for the 7th grade athletic period (its like P.E, but u get athletic training,basketball skills, volleyball skills, etc.), I did not make the athletic period but the coaches said that I could still try out for whatever sport I wanted to if I didn't make it. I never played community/city/youth sport basketball either. But, I have been practicing alot. My brother who is 21, played basketball in high school and said that I was pretty good/good enough to make the team. The basket I practiced on is a bit lower than the basket at my school, but I make alot of shots. I can run fast when I have enough adrenline/want.I REALLY want to make the girls' basketball team. I am really serious about it, when I tryed out for athletics in 6th grade i wasnt serious about it, really. Now, I am.I can dribble with both hands, I am good at jump shots and free throws. I'm not good at layups, though.I currently play softball (city/youth) in the 12U division. There are about 60 girls in athletics, and they all have to try out even if they dont want too. Alot of the girls are good too. I want to make the team soooo bad. some tips would be nice!

How to stop being angry/sad?

Rage or anger would be an understatement. Even for the smallest things, i get angry. Sometimes for things that are supposed to deserve angry responses, i would be more angry than i should be. I want to "eliminate it". i can never let the past go, and the memories continuously haunt me, sadden me and raise my rage. I always get mad and upset at my family because i remember far back, since about 3 years old and on. the memories my anger and sadness are decaying my brain and consuming my sanity. i can not forgive them or anybody who has wronged me. at the same time, i love and hate my mom for the past things, and i feel bad at the same time. sometimes overwhelming guilt. im probably seriously traumatized, and i always hold serious grudges and dwell on problems. but worst of all, i always get punched or pushed around and bottle all THAT anger up, without punching back and not able to defend myself. and it doubles my current anger and sadness. only recently have i learned how to speak back to other people, because i never objected to an opinion, or anything i always bottled my anger, but i still cannot fight back or anything. i probably wasted someone's time, but thanks for reading and if you have a suggestion for me, i would appreciate it. Wood Burning Stove as Fireplace...Please help?

My husband and I just finished building a house back in July. We had a wood burning stove insert put in, (looks just like any other fireplace because its in the same spot, but has a handle on it). My husband said that the regular fireplaces don't put out any heat. Anyway,today it was really cold so he decided to light it up. When he got down there to light it, there were two boards when he stuck his hand up into the fireplace. They seem like sheetrock to me and I umed that it was put there to block wind from getting in to the house, but nevertheless, there were two of them. We pulled the out because we figured, "great we saw these before starting the fire so it wouldn't burn anything up". He got online afterwards...I know I know....and saw something about it as supposed to be in. If anybody knows about this sort of thing, please help. What have we done?

ok so for a bout a year ive been having what i think are panic attacks and just recently everything got real bad. well about five days ago I started to feel kinda dizzy and light headed like i was going to p out so i thought i was sick and i went to the ER i was there all night just for them to say nothing is wrong give me vicodine and send me home. anyway i went home slept for a little while but that night realized i couldn't sleep i also realized that i could not get my mind to stop it feels like my mind is a tv and someone keeps changing the channel well that brought on a panic attack because my heart starts pounding and i have this felling of pure dread and everything gos numb and im just scared and sad and i cant sleep and when i do sleep its not even sleep its like im still thinking way to much so today i went to our county mental health place a social worker talked to me for a Little bit told me i might need counseling and then sent me home i don't think i can go through another night of this im so scared because both my ant and grandmother have schizophrenia and im scared i have it to can someone please help me

I have a skin rash from using this medication from the dermotologist!?

I went to the dermatologist about 2 weeks ago from today. I told them i had a little bit of body acne (just 2 bumps on my chest, and just a tad on my back) that was concerned about. I also showed them my exama on my crease of my arm, and the discoloration this other medication i used before. He prescribed me some stuff for the acne (i barely had any to start with, but wanted it all gone) he gave me this foam to use in the morning (evoclin, clindamycin phosphate 1%), and these pills to take everyday whenever (Monodox), and this clear gooy crap fror night (Attralin, tretinioin...0.05%)....but i noticed its getting worse, and its taking a while to clear up...i also noticed when last night i was at my friends halloween party we put all this crappy makeup on my face and my chest now has hives and rashhy **** all over my chest...idk maybe it was caused my the acne medicine..cause it cant just be irratited cause these bumps look like acne...now i know he said its gonna get worse before better but this is terrible...i have homecoming in 2 weeks (nov.1) and i want it to go away...also i have this cream he presribed to me for my exzama cause i should him this discolored patch on my eye and my crease of my arm and he told me to use it for 5 days and stop and it should heal (called protopic, tacrolimus ointment, .1%) but i used this and the stuff went away but then i think it got irraited or something now its rashy and red and whenever i apply the stuff on it i want to itch it cause it stings really badly (its clear and gooy aswell) and he said that the discoloration should go away in about 3 weeks..but its getting lighter and it looks worse..he said this wuldnt discolor more of the skin like the medicine i used before..but its doing the opposite! help please!

Hi, I can ollie, shuvit, fakie shuvit, pop shuvit, bert slide, casper, boneless, 50-50 grind, but I can't land a kickflip every single time rolling and not rolling! I'll tell you this, I getting better at landing kickflips on the flat ground and I can land them sometimes, but I want to know how to land them every single time, rolling or not rolling. Also something that helps me is that I hold on to the pole of a basketball hoop next to my house so it keeps me more staple and I can like every time when I do that. Now all need to do is land them every single not rolling and rolling. Here are some problems that sometimes happen when I do kickflips. Sometimes the board shoots in front of me and I land with my front foot or with no feet. Another thing that happens is that the board spins back a little. Also, I sometimes I forget to pop the board and either shoots in font of me or spin back side. Plus the board will only rotate half and I'll either land on it or not land on it. K, I got pregnant July of 2007, had a kid. From month4 in pregnancy till birth I gained about 40lbs! I work out daily, wii fit for an hour, 2-6 miles pushing my 19 month old in her jogging stroller, etc. I am a stay at home mom, only so much I can do. My concern is that a month ago when my husbands mother was coming to visit I was trying to make things spotless, literally forgot to eat on a daily basis and walked 6 miles 4 days in a row. I went from 203 to 214, now I know I'm obese, don't like it but I am, that shouldn't happen. Along with a lot of other weird new symptoms I'm not parading across the internet, I'm concerned. Don't have the money for health insurance atm, and don't tell me to get a job, if I do, we pay my check into the only decent daycare around, and then not only do I not have insurance, neither does my small child so not an option. Don't tell me to excercise or eat right, I just told you my work out pattern, as for eating, I don't like red meat, or dark meat, I don't eat pork, I very seldom eat turkey and I eat boneless skinless chick or small portions of either tuna or salmon for fish. I don't like grease, I don't do fast food, I don't do deep fried, I don't do dessert, I hate ice cream, my ideal meal is baked salmon over a bed of romaine and baby spinach with red wine vinegar on it or some vegetarian sushi with raw tuna on the side. If I could intertwine brown rice into my sushi and still have it turn out right I would. K?

On 08/25/2009 we were at a company function celebrating the owner’s birthday. I was there mingling with my other co-workers when my supervisor came in. We approached one another with a hug. Not only did she degrade me by calling me a black woman one of the ugliest names in history left over from slavery. To rub salt in the wound; she humiliated my by telling someone what she had done as if it was acceptable behavior. To date she hasn’t thought enough about it to say, I made a mistake and I am very sorry and there was no excuse for my behavior for uttering such a hurtful word. We have had previous discussion about how she directs orders to me as her subordinate. I have tried explaining to her the difference between asking vs. ordering me to complete various office tasks. Now, I know it was all part of a bigger underlined problem of racism & prejudice. I have had the worst two weeks since this incident at work. Being here has made me angry, stress out and unable to focus. Her blatant disregard for human value makes me feel with that one ugly word our struggle as a people is far from over. This complaint is regarding my constitutional and civil rights as well my California and Federal employee labor laws. Does Your Book's Main Character Need to be a Guy for it to be popular?

So I'm kind of writing a novel, even though I'm pretty young to do so, but my main character is a girl. My plot, setting and it's world is so intriguing and twisted that I'm so sure that this book will go far; a lot of people that i've had the courage to share it with said so, (though they might have been just encouraging me). But i mean, i look at the world of famous books today, and literally all of their main characters are guys. For example: Harry Potter, Narnia, SpiderWick Chronicles, Lord of the RIngs, Septimus Heap etc. Like, what is this? It really gets to me and doubts me a lot. Does a book's main character have to be a guy for it to go places? Should i change my whole character sequence just so that mine matches theirs? Two additional notes (1) the "no double tax" for the LLC concept relates to the fact that the LLC does not pay a corporate level of tax like a corporation would - all of the income flows to you before it is taxed a the "single level" that is you. That doesn't mean, unfortunately, that at your level you cant still get dinged with many different kinds of taxes such as those you mentioned. (2) the medicare piece is only 2.9% (out of the 15+ percent originally paid), so I guess that is the good news if you earn six figures.

I'm curious with what it's like to be in this environment with kids of all ages and grades in the same building. Do these schools usually exist in smaller towns? How are the younger children protected and kept safe? Are some cles grade combined (for example 1st and 2nd grade?) Are kids separated by grades in different parts of the building? What grade does a child get to play a sport and participate in social activities like dances? What grade does the one teacher for every subject stop? What about recess? How does each grade get adequate time to use the library and gym? I can't see how this type of school benefits kids. Different levels of schools (elem, middle, high) have different needs for kids emotionally and academically and I can't see how one school can meet all of those needs.
