Why doesn't God cure cancer?

If earth was a place for healing all cancers and other sicknesses it would be heaven but it's not. This is a time for afflictions and suffering that are producing patience and character. Read scripture. There are healings of a Kingdomly nature that far out-way physical healing. (I speak from experience)
