How to get into condition to fight?

Running, skipping, sparring should all help. But to be good you must be explosive and able to maintain that explosiveness throughout. Do quick sprints like 1km sprint, rest. 1km sprint, rest. This interval is like boxing bouts. So if your doing a 4 round game. Do 5km sprint. 5 intervals of it. So each km sprint acts kinda like an explosive round of boxing...
