I have a skin rash from using this medication from the dermotologist!?

I went to the dermatologist about 2 weeks ago from today. I told them i had a little bit of body acne (just 2 bumps on my chest, and just a tad on my back) that was concerned about. I also showed them my exama on my crease of my arm, and the discoloration this other medication i used before. He prescribed me some stuff for the acne (i barely had any to start with, but wanted it all gone) he gave me this foam to use in the morning (evoclin, clindamycin phosphate 1%), and these pills to take everyday whenever (Monodox), and this clear gooy crap fror night (Attralin, tretinioin...0.05%)....but i noticed its getting worse, and its taking a while to clear up...i also noticed when last night i was at my friends halloween party we put all this crappy makeup on my face and my chest now has hives and rashhy **** all over my chest...idk maybe it was caused my the acne medicine..cause it cant just be irratited cause these bumps look like acne...now i know he said its gonna get worse before better but this is terrible...i have homecoming in 2 weeks (nov.1) and i want it to go away...also i have this cream he presribed to me for my exzama cause i should him this discolored patch on my eye and my crease of my arm and he told me to use it for 5 days and stop and it should heal (called protopic, tacrolimus ointment, .1%) but i used this and the stuff went away but then i think it got irraited or something now its rashy and red and whenever i apply the stuff on it i want to itch it cause it stings really badly (its clear and gooy aswell) and he said that the discoloration should go away in about 3 weeks..but its getting lighter and it looks worse..he said this wuldnt discolor more of the skin like the medicine i used before..but its doing the opposite! help please!
