In what ways can you Speak what "Is Good for Building Up"?

I agree with you wholeheartedly. The Word of God teaches that we'll be held accountable for "every idle word". I believe every spoken word, good or bad, does not just disappear into the air. God created the worlds with words. We are created in His image. What we speak will create something too. We can encourage or comfort someone or hurt someone badly with our words. Also, we reap what we sow. Our spoken words, good or bad, will return to us in blessings or curses.
