My Boyfriend has weird bumps....?

I have been with my boyfriend for over 3 years about a year after we started dating he stated getting these weird bumps on his willie. He got tested before we got together and tested negative for everything. I have never been tested for anything. But i have never once had any symptoms of anything. These are not like huge bumps they are like skin tags. It is really weird I have look at what some stds look like but nothing looks similar to this...
