Thinking about taking up a martial art?

Sport Tae Kwon Do (not traditional TKD) is an option. It's geared to speed and strength for the whole body. It's very aerobic and takes great stamina. Since participants are always doing competitions, the workouts are geared to keeping in the best shape possible, while you learn how to deliver point scoring blows on your opponent.
