What my situation in this friendship?am I in the wrong or the right side?

i haven't talked to my best friend for more than 5 months..we had a really close friendship and even sisterhood for years ....we are in grade 11 but different education divisions and i know its a hard year so i try to keep in touch with her to defend this friendship from being lost forever especially bec she has another best friends whom i don't really know ..so i always ask about her but sometimes she doesn't and she says that she is focusing all the time in her studies but i also see her pictures we her friends and boyfriend hanging out ....the only way i get to see her face to face is in front of school and sometimes i see her by coincidence ...i confronted her that i am annoyed bec she doesn't ask about me a lot and the studies answer is always the reply ..i tried to make her as happy as she can on her birthday i called her i messaged her...i wrote a tribute note on facebook for her ..i wrote a poem for her ..i participated for doing a surprise party for her ..and i didn't get except a 4/5 lines happy birthday tribute on my facebook wall ..+ she was standing in front of me across the school's street and she didn't even say happy birthday ...and i got a little present a week after my birthday and she also gave it to me by COINCIDENCE..i just feel that she don't care about me anymore and even if i am in her life i would like any other friend despite all the memories we had together....i don't feel this is fair ...what do you think about that ??
