Why is Lil Man so damn little?

I have a friend named lil man, and im wondering why he is so little. He's 16; weighs 87 pounds and is 4'10. I really like him.. but he's so short it really creeps me out. Can you please tell me why he's so little? His name is Chris Morris... if that is any help to the answer. :/
