What are some good internet providers?

I live like 10 miles out of town and we havent been able to find a good IP to get internet at our house. Places like AT&t,speednet,charter, skyblue wont come out to our area, we are currently looking into hughes net but that is really slow. So does anyone know of any decently fast IP's that will go out far?
